FHS celebrates Homecoming Week

Yet another year of Homecoming festivities have arrived at our Flora High School.
The first big school event planned will be the parade starting at the Flora depot and ending at the Dancey football field on Sept. 20.
The 2017 Homecoming dance will be held on Sept. 23 planned to the theme of Disney.
Music will be provided by Elite Entertainment and pictures will be taken in the small gym. Tickets will be available on Sept. 18. The cost of tickets are $10 for singles and $20 for couples; ticket sales will continue during lunch hours throughout the week.
The dance will start at 7:00 p.m. and end at 11:00 p.m. Coronation begins at 7:00.
This year’s senior king and queen candidates are Avery Booth, Drew Hout, Brendal Phillips, Devan Warren, Autumn Buffington, Skylar Freeman, Kasey Jennings, and Tyra Leonard.
The Junior attendants are Summer Cartright, Natalie Cox, Addison Eade, Collin Moseley, Carson Perry, and Sean Wilson.
The sophomore attendants are Miayah Houston, Tiarra Sharp, Andrew Conrad, and Grant Behnke.
The freshman attendants are Lizzie Butler and Jerron Borders.
